It talks about how our lives and daily routines have changed during the pandemic period and how it impacted school-going kids, their parents, and teachers. Life was full of uncertainty during the covid period, staying back at home and being cut off from social life added to anxiety and stress among all of us. Children were also affected by it. The book tells how we can move forward by taking some deliberate simple steps and inculcating them in our daily lives.

As a parent of a young teenage kid, I can very well relate to and see some of the symptoms that are part of growing up. The tips provided by the authors about what parents can do in such situations are simple yet powerful. The book suggests only thing we need to keep in mind is that we must practice them regularly. Small little habits (positive) go a long way in shaping up a kid and the book documents many such habits that the parents should be inculcating.
